Medicus Prime was founded in 2021 by a collaborative of security experts based in the UK.

Infrastructure

Medicus Prime have expertise across all of the technologies used in large scale organisations. We have architected and deployed network infrastructure, network segmentation projects, firewalling (Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet). Alongside this, we have also implemented and managed Cloud IaaS across Azure and AWS, alongside implementing a custom IaaS infrastructure using Apache technologies. Our team are deeply versed in network security and architecture, both on-premises and in the cloud.

Experience across a wide range of Endpoint Security and Configuration platforms, with a preference for the combined approach of the Microsoft Stack. Alongside highly integrated products like MCAS (Cloud App Security) and MIP (Information Protection), these allow you achieve a fully integrated vision of corporate security. We like the SPOG (Single-Pane-Of-Glass) approach that Microsoft have taken in the last several years and with the investment being made in the security space, this is something we are happy to recommend to organisations of all sizes.

Being cyber security professionals, we have a background in SIEM/SOAR technology. We have been involved with many over the years, from the relatively archiac to the ultra-modern Azure Sentinel. In a past life, we even worked in the development of a custom SIEM/SOAR platform utilising Elastic and an in-house AI Automation platform.

Products

Using our combined expertise, we resolved to deliver a solution for medical service providers in the developing world after seeing how hard our native health service was hit by cyber attacks in recent years. Working with partners in the space, we provide a platform to allow people to deliver their expertise to patients, leaving the security to us.
