Endpoint Security

Back in 2019, we were approached to migrate a top global law firms desktop endpoint security from Carbon Black to Microsoft then Defender ATP (Now rebranded as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. We worked with the teams to perform a proof-of-concept evaluation of their existing AV/EDR tooling, using a BaaS (Breach-as-a-Service) platform and provided them with the appropriate documentation to make the case to the C-level stakeholders to authorise the migration and rollout across the organisation.

Next, in combination with the internal infrastructure team, we performed a phased rollout across the organisation in line with machine critiality, monitoring and evaluating metrics provided from various telemetary tools internally. Alongside this we deployed bespoke configuration to the cloud portal and policies via the Endpoint Configuration Manager to ensure that the new tool was being utilised to its full potential. We assisted in the adoption of this technology by internal security management teams, providing documentation and support where requested to allow for a smooth transition. Based on the success of this particular project, the customer choose for us to migrate thier server estate at next renewal period.
